Are you a real, family-run business?
Yes. Perfect Gardens is a family operation with roots in agriculture going back to 1970 — three generations of growers. We've published 1,200+ how-to videos and shipped to customers around the world. Read the whole story on our Our Story page.
What do you sell?
Two things: our own family-made line — like Drops of Balance and BAM — and a full catalog of grow equipment and supplies: lighting, tents, ventilation, nutrients, and more, from the brands growers trust.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout by the weight of your order, so you pay the real cost — we don't pad it. Drops of Balance always ships free. Full rate table on our Shipping page.
How fast do orders ship?
Most orders placed before noon ship the same day. After that, the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and there's something you need, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
What's your return policy?
Our own products can be returned within 30 days with no restocking fee. Equipment follows our distributor's terms, which include a 20% restocking fee on change-of-mind returns. Damaged or defective items cost you nothing. Full detail on our Returns & Refunds page.
Can I get growing advice?
Absolutely — we're growers first. Browse our YouTube library for hundreds of walkthroughs, or reach out with a question anytime.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Orders with both our products and equipment may arrive in separate shipments, each with its own tracking.
