"The BEST customer service!! I was researching water pump on the web in order to bring an old garden fountain back to life. I came across Green Joint Ventures You Tube Video on AquaVita pumps and it gave me the education I was looking for. It taught me that I needed an in-line pump, not a submersible. The video was so informative that I decided to purchase a pump from their online site, http://perfectgardens.com. I used the guide to select the small 396 GPM model, since it said that it could work inline or submersible. When I received the pump, I was puzzled because I couldn't find the adapter to connect a tube to the pump inlet. I called Green Joint Ventures, and they were so helpful. He checked another box and found that the necessary part wasn't there, and that there were no threads on the inlet side to add an adapter. Turns out the manufacturer mislabeled the box and misrepresented the abilities of the 396 model. He went out of his way to help me. I received a Fedex return label via email within minutes, and he researched other models and brands before recommending the next larger size AquaVita, confirming it could meet my needs. He then sent me an email link that made it super easy to pay the difference in price in the models. I had the new pump in a couple of days and couldn't be happier. Thank you , Green Joint Ventures, for the best customer service experience I have ever had.

Not only was the transaction safe and secure, but the order was processed in a very timely fashion and the products were delivered a day before schedule. Prior to even placing an ordered, i had a few questions about the products I was ordering. Customer support replied extremely fast to each email I sent. I'm not sure if they advertise 24 hour support, but it sure seemed like it. I sent emails at 10am, 10pm, and even one at 2 in the morning. "Green Joint Ventures soon to be Perfect Gardens as I've been told is by far the best hydro and quality organic gardening store. You honestly can't go wrong with this place. The guys are just awesome down to Earth gentlemen that know their stuff and truly care to put a conscientious effort into every product they offer as well as keeping American made products on the shelves. Best customer service for sure, would not consider any other place in the area these guys seriously try their best at making you succeed, I brought a sample leaf of one of my pepper plants that needed to be examined and they were waaaay more than happy to help me out with a diagnosis and lead me in the right direction to correct the problem needless to say my grow is going killer...first grow actually. Gotta give it up to these guys. Stop by you won't regret it, real customer service, experience, knowledge and constant research going on here, they're really on it.
